What We Believe
Jesus said: “ I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty” John 6:35

Eternal Food Evangelistic Organization believes the following:

The Bible is a Direct Instruction from God to Mankind and it Must be Obeyed, Completely.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16, NKJV).

Knowing this first that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.(2 Peter 1:20-21, NKJV).

The Deity of Jesus

We believe Jesus is God and He also came to earth as the Son of God. We believe Jesus was 100% man (Son of Man) and 100% God (I AM)  the God-Man. We believe The Father (God), The Son (Jesus) and The Holy Spirit are inseparable and are one God.

For there are three that bear witness in heaven; the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one (1 John 5:7, NKJV).

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God John 1:1 NKJV).

Jesus said to them, most assuredly I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM (John 8:58).

The virgin birth of Jesus

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18, NKJV).

Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign; Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel. (Isaiah 7:14, NKJV).

Jesus’ earthly sinless life

Therefore, when the chief priests and officers saw Him, they cried out, saying, crucify Him, crucify Him! Pilate said to them, you take Him and crucify Him, for I find no fault in Him. (John 19:6, NKJV).

And they made His grave with the wicked – but with the rich at His death, because He had done no violence, nor was any deceit in His mouth. (Isaiah 53:9, NKJV).

Jesus’ Crucifixion

Then he delivered Him to them to be crucified, so they took Jesus and led Him away. And He, bearing His cross, went out to a place called the Place of a Skull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha, where they crucified Him, and two others with Him, one on either side, and Jesus in the center. (John 19:17-18, NKJV).

Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ. (Acts 2:36, NKJV).

Jesus’ Physical Death

So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, It is finished! And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit. (John 19:30, NKJV).

But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs. (John 19:33, NKJV).

The Literal Burial of Jesus’ Lifeless Body

And the women who had come with Him from Galilee followed after, and they observed the tomb and how His body was laid. (Luke 23: 55, NKJV).

Pilate marveled that He was already dead; and summoning the centurion, he asked him if He had been dead for some time.

So when he found out from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.

Then he bought fine linen, took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen. And he laid Him in a tomb which had been hewn out of the rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the tomb. (Mark 15: 44-47, NKJV).

The Bodily Resurrection of Jesus from the tomb on the third day

But he said to them , do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. (Mark 16:6, NKJV).
And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said peace to you! (John 20:26, NKJV).

We Believe in the ascension of the Lord Jesus

“So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.” (Mark 16:19, KJV).

“And it came to pass, while He blessed them, He was parted from them, and carried up to heaven.” (Luke 24:51, KJV).

“And when He had spoken these things, while they beheld, He was taken up; and a cloud received Him out of their sight.” (Acts 1:9, KJV).

We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ

And if I go prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also (John 14:3, NKJV).
Behold He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.(Revelation 1:7, NKJV).

We believe in the rapture

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:15-16, NKJV).

We believe in resurrection of the dead

We believe in the resurrection of the dead and God’s final judgment that will lead to an eternal destination either unto life, or unto condemnation.
Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.
And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.
The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:11-15, NKJV).
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. (1 Thessalonians 4:16, NKJV).
And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt. (Daniel 12:2, NKJV).

We believe Jesus is the ONLY WAY to heaven. All other ways (religions) will lead to hell.

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6, NKJV).
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12, NKJV).

We believe in the depravity of mankind and the need for a Savior.

By confessing Jesus Christ as the Son of God and Lord, with true repentance of leaving the old way of life to cling to new way of life as stated in the Bible, a person’s soul will be saved. And that salvation is the free gift of God to mankind which cannot be bought with money, nor attained through good works.
Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord (Acts 3:19, NKJV).
For Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13, NKJV).

We believe in the Holy Spirit.

As the third Person of The Trinity, Holy Spirit’s Lordship, and His indwelling in the hearts of Jesus’ followers is the seal to let us know we belong to God. We believe God has given the church the gifts of the Holy Spirit, so as to grow and mature the body of Christ. We believe that the manifestation of the fruit of the Spirit in a believer’s life is the only way to identify a genuine child of God.
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. (John 16:13, NKJV).
He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. (John 16:14)
There are diversities of gifts, but the same spirit.
There are differences in ministries, but the same Lord.
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all. (I Corinthians 12:4-5 &7).
But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His. (Romans 8:9, NKJV).
A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
Therefore by their fruits you will know them. (Matthew 7:18-20, NKJV).

Family:

We believe God is a God of family

God blessed them, and God said to them, be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth. (Genesis 1:28, NKJV).
Since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the Lord, to do righteousness and justice, that the Lord may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him. (Genesis 18:18-19, NKJV).

We believe a family starts with the lawful marriage between a man and a woman.

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. (Genesis 1:27, NKJV).
And said For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and the two shall become one flesh. (Matthew 19:5, Genesis 2:24, NKJV).

We believe homosexuality is not part of God’s plan for family.

We believe homosexuality is against the ordinance of God, and those who practice it will not see God if they fail to repent, just like practicing any other sins will not allow anyone to see God. However, we believe in reconciling people to God through the undiluted truth of God’s word, so therefore, homosexuals should be allowed in the church and be preached to; perhaps they may have a change of heart. However, we do not believe homosexuals should have any leadership role in the church in whatever form.
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, NKJV).
But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. (Revelation 22:15, NKJV).
You shall not lie [sleep] with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination. (Leviticus 18:22, Leviticus 20:13, NKJV).

We believe life begins at conception.

We believe abortion (a deliberate, sudden and abrupt ending of a healthy, growing, pregnancy) is a murder of innocent, defenseless life. We do not believe that abortion is a woman’s right to choose what she wants to do with her body. We believe no one has the right to take out a life that was created by God. And we do not believe that any baby was a mistake regardless of the circumstances through which the pregnancy of the baby came. Although abortion is a sin, we strongly believe that it is not unpardonable sin. God can use the experience of those who have committed abortion in the past to help others, for His glory; if they repent of the sin of abortion.
For the life of the flesh is in the blood. (Leviticus 17:11, NKJV).
For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. (Psalm 139:13, NIV).
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born, I sanctified you, I ordained you a prophet to the nations. (Jeremiah 1:5, NKJV).
You shall not murder. (Exodus 20:13, NKJV)
