The goal of the leadership training at DCG is to produce leaders who are capable of making and nurturing disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:28-29).  They are to be Christ-like in their conduct, character, and conversation. The only compulsory textbook is the Bible. All the courses taught are from the Bible using the approaches employed by the Lord Jesus Christ in training His disciples. The recommended textbooks are “The Master Plan of Evangelism” by Robert Coleman (1963), and  “The Training of the Twelve” by Alexander Balmain Bruce (1871).
